Understanding Our Refund and Return Policy at Iris Heaven

Overview of Our Policies

At IRIS HEAVEN, we take great pride in delivering high-quality fragrances and luxury cosmetic products. Each product is carefully packed and sealed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a fragrance has been opened, used, or tested.


1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perfumes, body mists, and fragrance oils

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers

This policy is in place because fragrance products are hygiene-sensitive, and once opened, they cannot be resold or verified for purity.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos or video proof of the damaged item and packaging at the time of unboxing.

  • Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability.

Note: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


3. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a wrong item by mistake:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and order details.

  • The product must remain unopened and unused.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock after payment.

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.

  • Verified damage or incorrect delivery confirmed by our team.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
